Load Out Rules:

  • Buyers must show PAID IN FULL receipt prior to loading items.
  • Payment WILL NOT be accepted on-site, you must pay for your items in advance via credit care, ACH or wire transfer to Auction Company.
  • Load out will END SHARP AT 5PM EVERY DAY – Doors will close at 5PM regardless what time Buyer(s) arrive.
  • Auction Staff WILL NOT provide labor for loading items, Buyers are solely responsible for loading items purchased.
  • Telehandler will be available to assist loading larger farm items & pallet lots.
  • If you do not have the physical capability to load your purchased items, arrange help for loading or DO NOT BID!

Method of Sale: Timed Online Only Auction

Buyer’s Premium: The purchase price will be the bid amount plus a 10% buyer’s premium.

Sales Tax: All sales are subject to appropriate state and local sales tax rates.

Sales Tax Exemption: In order to qualify, Buyer(s) must show proper proof of sales tax exemption.

Payment: Credit Card, ACH or Wire Transfer is acceptable for payment.  NO PAYMENT will be collected on-site following close of auction, so be sure to arrange payment with Auction Company prior to coming to load your item(s).

Paid Receipts: Buyers must present a PAID IN FULL receipt before being permitted to load items.

Loading of Items: Auction Company has no responsibility to assist in the loading of items, if you do not possess the physical ability to load items purchased, recruit help or DO NOT BID!
