Buyers Premium: 10% Buyers Premium will apply to all purchases.
Payment: Wire Transfer and Credit Card may be used as forms of payment. Cash or Checks WILL NOT be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS. A 3% surcharge will apply to all Credit Card purchases. Payment must be received within 24 hours of the close of auction, if paying by Wire Transfer. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the credit card used by Buyer to register for the auction will be charged the full amount of invoice.
Removal of Purchased Items: Items must be removed from the Auction Site no later than 5PM CST on Tuesday, January 18th, 2024. Seller, Auction Company, its agents, representatives and affiliates are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the load out process. Buyers are solely responsible for the removal and security of items purchased, Auction Company will not provide labor or security staff during load out.
Removal of “Affixed” Lots: For any lot in the auction that is a fixed to the real estate, connected to the electrical circuit, water system, walls, etc… the Buyer is responsible for hiring properly licensed professionals as may be necessary and advisable to remove such items in a safe and workmanlike manner. Seller, Auction Company, its agents, representatives and affiliates assume no liability for damage or bodily harm that may arise from removal of purchase items.
“Contents of Room” Lots: Any lot in the Auction described as including the “Contents of Room” shall only include those items which are not “affixed” to the real property. For the purpose of this Auction, the term “Contents of Room” does not include any fixtures to the real estate.
